Shipping and Returns

Shipping within Australia and New Zealand:

Orders within Australia are posted within 24-48 hours after your purchase by Express Post 500g satchel for $10.50. This satchel is trackable online at www.auspost.com.au/track/track.html. Delivery is usually within 24 hours of posting to Sydney metropolitan areas, and between 48 and 72 hours for most interstate metropolitan areas. New Zealand delivery times are between 3 and 7 days from posting.

Orders above $50 are not charged a delivery fee.

Shipping Internationally (excluding New Zealand):

We ship your watch by Australia Registered Post within 24-48 hours to the address you provide for $30. Unfortunately you cannot track your parcel via this service, but photos of the parcel at the post office counter will be provided. Delivery may take 21 working days depending on your local post office system and how it is delivered to your door.

Another option is to post it via EMS which could reach your address within 5 working days and provides tracking at www.ems.post/tracking. This service is at an estimated cost of $75 and is available upon request.

Please note that we are not responsible for additional costs, such as CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES etc. We do not assess duties for international orders; furthermore any international orders that are subject to applicable customs, and import duties and taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer. We advise you contact your local customs office for details as a precaution before placing an order.

Each International order will be evaluated on a case by case basis

Orders above $500 are not charged a delivery fee. EMS deliveries are not included in this.

Returns:

Firstly, please contact us before returning any item. Watches are a delicate piece of jewellery and each return needs to be assessed on a case by case basis and we will advise you of the best course of action

Should you need to make a warranty claim, please make sure you contact us directly first before shipping the product back and we will advise you of the best course of action. Should an item be sent to the manufacturer and it is not covered by the warranty, a quote will be given before any further work takes place. For all warranty claims it is important you keep your invoice and warranty booklet provided with each watch.

In the instance of a return for credit, our standard conditions are that all products must be returned in their original unworn condition with the bracelet, strap or clasp un-sized. All packaging, manuals, protective tape/plastics and hanging tags must be fully intact and never removed from the watch. The order must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns will be credited in full minus the shipping cost and in the same form as payments received. Returns must be shipped via a trackable delivery.

Refunds will only be given in instances where the item has a manufacturing fault. Please chose carefully, and we do not refund if you change your mind.
